I'm glad you found me. I'm a great, licensed massage therapist. I have been working as a masseuse for five years. I am trained in swedish, shiatsu, reiki and neuro-structural bodywork.

A session with me includes body and energy work. This entails work that is concentrated on your muscles, neurology & structure with effleurage & NSB, with shiatsu as a combined technique, and with reiki & conscious breathing to allow chakra balancing. This "meditative massage" coordinates my studies in bodywork therapies, human energy systems, yoga, metaphysics, visualization & the chakras. Together, we can activate the universal life force within you, to channel & transform raw energy to conscious love, power & awakening. This practice can open your chakras for the energy to flow freely through you & enable you to relax into your deep self.

I have studied hatha, kundalini, and tantric yoga. Yoga utilizes the bodymind energy as a path to higher consciousness that uses the body and its seven energy centers, or chakras. Thus, a way to your seventh heaven. This practice involves & evolves your body, mind, spirit & heart together. Experiencing the union of your "parts" reminds you of your wholeness. This can help you gain more intimacy & vitality. The great Sufi mystic Rumi wrote: “... there’s another way: a breath of love that takes you all the way to infinity.”
